Who am i
Who am I, that the Lord of all the earth
Would care to know my name
Would care to feel my hurt
Who am I, that the bright and morning Star
Would choose to light the way
For my ever wandering heart
Not because of who I am
But because of what You've done
Not because of what I've done
But because of who You are
I am a flower quickly fading
Here today and gone tomorrow
A wave tossed in the ocean
A vapor in the wind
Still You hear me when I'm calling
Lord, You catch me when I'm falling
And You've told me who I am
I am Yours, I am Yours
Who Am I, that the eyes that see my sin
Would look on me with love
and watch me rise again
Who Am I, that the voice that calmed the sea
Would call out through the rain
And calm the storm in me
whom shall i fear
whom shall i fear
i am yours

I guess each year as I celebrate my birthday, it is a time of reflection. As I thought back about my 18 years on Earth, i wonder how pleased is God with me. My friends told me to make a birthday wish, i wish to be closer to God and know Him even more. Nothing beats knowing God, nothing beats just being able to call Him Father. This year was so special, because i celebrated my birthday with Him during church camp. And thank you everyone for your presents.
Actually presents only give temporary moment of joy, I dont really look out for presents. Infact, i feel that birthdays is about others, because it's these people who make your life so special. So i want to thank my family, my friends and God for being the greatest treasures in my life. No amount of presents can compare to all of you. If I lose any of you, I will feel a part of me is gone too. I feel so blessed to be born as me and to even have the privilege to celebrate my birthday, not everyone in the world can have this privilege. So on my birthday, the limelight is all yours, not mine. Thank you so much that I got to meet everyone of you!

A minister passing through his church in the middle of the day, decided to pause by the altarand see who had come to pray.Just then the back door opened,a man came down the aisle. The minister frowned as he sawthe man hadn't shaved in a while. His shirt was kind a shabbyand his coat was worn and frayed, the man knelt, he bowed his head, Then rose and walked away. In the days that followed, each noon time came this chap, each time he knelt just for a moment, a lunch pail in his lap. Well, the minister's suspicions grew, with robbery a main fear, He decided to stop the man and ask him, "What are you doing here?" The old man said, he worked down the road. Lunch was half an hour. Lunchtime was his prayer time, For finding strength and power, "I stay only moments, because the factory is so far away; as I kneel here talking to the Lord, This is kind a what I say: "I JUST CAME AGAIN TO TELL YOU LORD, HOW HAPPY I'VE BEEN, SINCE WE FOUND EACH OTHER'S FRIENDSHIP AND YOU TOOK AWAY MY SIN. DON'T KNOW MUCH OF HOW TO PRAY,BUT I THINK ABOUT YOU EVERYDAY. SO JESUS, THIS IS JIM CHECKING IN TODAY." The minister feeling foolish, told Jim that was fine. He told the man he was welcomeTo come and pray just anytime. Time to go, Jim smiled, said "Thanks." He hurried to the door. The minister knelt at the altar, he'd never done it before. His cold heart melted, warmed with love, and met with Jesus there. As the tears flowed, in his heart, he repeated old Jim's prayer: "I JUST CAME AGAIN TO TELL YOU LORD, HOW HAPPY I'VE BEEN, SINCE WE FOUND EACH OTHER'S FRIENDSHIPAND YOU TOOK AWAY MY SIN. DON'T KNOW MUCH OF HOW TO PRAY, BUT I THINK ABOUT YOU EVERYDAY. SO JESUS, THIS IS MECHECKING IN TODAY." Past noon one day, the minister noticedthat old Jim hadn't come. As more days passed without Jim, he began to worry some. At the factory, he asked about him, learning he was ill. The hospital staff was worried, But he'd given them a thrill. The week that Jim was with them, Brought changes in the ward. His smiles, a joy contagious. Changed people, were his reward. The head nurse couldn't understandwhy Jim was so glad, when no flowers, calls or cards came, Not a visitor he had. The minister stayed by his bed, He voiced the nurse's concern: No friends came to show they cared. He had nowhere to turn. Looking surprised, old Jim spokeup and with a winsome smile; "the nurse is wrong, she couldn't know, that in here all the whileeveryday at noon He's here, a dear friend of mine, you see, He sits right down, takes my hand, Leans over and says to me: "I JUST CAME AGAIN TO TELL YOU JIM, HOW HAPPY I HAVE BEEN, SINCE WE FOUND THIS FRIENDSHIP, AND I TOOK AWAY YOUR SIN. ALWAYS LOVE TO HEAR YOU PRAY, I THINK ABOUT YOU EACH DAY, AND SO JIM, THIS IS JESUSCHECKING IN TODAY."May God hold you in the palm of His handand Angels watch over you. But for those of us who are already His, He not only holds us in the palm of His hand, but hasengraved our names there, and we are continuallyin His sight (Isaiah 49:16)
